"Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow;
they toil not, neither do they spin:
That even Solomon in all his glory
was not arrayed like one of these."
Matthew 6: 28-29
During our time on the South Island of New Zealand, this was the prominent scripture that kept returning to my mind. Our family has had the opportunity to travel to many remarkably beautiful places on this earth, yet all throughout this island I could feel the pleasure and joy of God
and his delight in his creations.

It felt like every turn we made around the mountain bend was a sacred moment. Fern fonds, waterfalls, green that you could smell, almost overwhelmed and seemed surreal.
Turquoise water, blue with oxygen and iced with crystal
white foam were natural temples to the God of nature.

Wow, how gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your beautiful pictures and thoughts.
